Physicians Assistant

Physician Assistants (PA) work under the supervision of the physician.They are certified by 
completing a post graduate training program and passing a national examination.They maintain
their skills and certification by attending continuing education courses. Physician Assistants 
obtain patient histories, complete physical examinations, order lab tests, X-rays and special
studies.  They also apply and remove casts, and assist the Orthopedic Surgeon in surgery.
Orthopedic Technologists

Orthopedic Technologists specialize in applying casts and fitting orthopedic appliances. They are available to answer questions about casts, braces or orthopedic appliances.

Orthopedic Medical Assistants
Orthopedic Medical Assistants assist the physician with medical procedures, patient education
and ensure the continuity of patient care.


X-ray Technologist

The X-ray Technologists are licensed and work under the supervision of the physician to
